This wine matches well with a broad spectrum of food.
Classical (traditional) vinification, fermentation with grape skins (maceration) for two days. Wine ages for 12 months on a fine sediment in Slavonian oak barrels (4000 litre barrels).
Wine produced from the Istrian Malvasia which is grown in the interior of Istria on the soils rich in marl, giving the wines their special mineral note. Thanks to the favourable sunny position, the wine obtains its characteristic structure. After being macerated and aged in oak barrels for 12 months, it acquires completeness, character and a long-lasting lifetime. Noticeable are its golden colour and the scents of fresh fruits and flowers of acacia and vanilla. There is an excellent balance between the full body, alcohol and freshness.
